I'm 53, haven't had a period in over 3 years yet this weekend I started to feel cramps . They're not painful but have been steadily occuring.
I do have a doc appointment for next week but just thought someone may have an idea as to why the cramping is happening. I did have a cyst several years ago and it did go away on its own
