Well...it is good to see I'm not alone in this. Since Christmas my lower back has been getting worse and 2 weeks ago the cramping sensation was daily. Funny, since I had a hysterectomy 7 years ago, so there's no uterus to cramp. I do have ovaries, so this past week, had internal exam, then ultrasound, urine test, even tried chiropractor and lower spinal xray. No degeneration which was a concern due to my scoliosis. So I'm at a loss, but I suppose will try the kidney stone idea next. Small 11-16mm cysts were found on ovaries, but this was considered "normal" activity. I'm super active and can't deal with this easily. Hanging in there with others wondering about the same things.

I had a radical hysterectomy to include lymph nodes, part of my vagina and both ovaries 14 months ago due to cancer and I have developed a constant back ache in my lower back, pain in my left leg that actually ceases up if I sit for too long in one position and an intermittent swelling in the left lower abdomen. I have not yet approached the doc with this as I wanted to find out how common this is. looking at this site tells me everybody seems to have post op back ache. should i be convinced by the surgeon's 'prolapse concern' ideas? my bladder has problems since the op which I have been having physio for but my surgeon feels it may result in surgery to have a 'hammock' stitched in to hold the bowel and bladder in place. Any one out there who can help me with this one? G

I had a hysterectomy and now have problems with my bladder. Right now I am suffering from lower back pain and lower right aabdomenal pain. Going to see another Dr. today. J.

Hi, my symptoms are almost like yours. Happens in the morning, but not that early and lasted for 30 minutes to 45 minutes. This started 7 years ago after I got married (sexually active). It happened 20 times or so. Obgyns I consult with said I shouldn't worry about that, but an ER doctor found a trace of blood in my urine. He suggested me to drink a lot of warer and see a specialist if the pain stays. Well it disappear as usual, and be back months afterward. FYI I suffer infertility due to blocked Fallopian tubes, left and right. I've gone a surgery to fix this, only to find that it did'nt help and one of them is still infected. I have done everything to solve my infertility, but nothing yet for the cramps. I'm 32 by the way. Thank you for sharing your story and please share if you or anyone understand my condition.

Is everyone with these symptoms drinking enough water? I had what I call google-induced "cancer". I thought since I was bleeding real blood before during and after my periods, had awful cramping when I shouldn't, and other stomach/lower back/abdomen pains, that I might have some kind of cervical or ovarian cancer. I googled everything and read a million different threads.  As it turns out, I wasn't hydrated at all.  Especially with the heat/humidity or whatever climate change may be happening in your area, it's so important to keep hydrated. there are many external factors that could be contributing to your internal pain.  If you don't supply your body with water it's going to do its best job at delegating what water it does have to the most important organs. I'm no doctor and i'm just going to make this assumption: If you are in a situation where you are not able to nourish your body, it might just start with the least most important organ (and why should you be reproducing if you can't take care of yourself!) and start shutting it down. I went to the doctor and everything came back normal. My roommate urged me to drink water and the very first day of getting my h2o requirement i was symptom free. When I don't drink water, my kidneys hurt, i get stomach and lower abdomen cramps and prolonged exposure to dehydration not only makes you insane but destroys your bodies inside and out.

DRINK WATER!

You seem to just talk a lot and say nothing. The feelngs described are totally specific and you can't understand unless you can feel this sort of pain. You recommend going to the doctors; they all do what you do: give advice without actually listening and understanding the feeling. They just look at the immaging and pathology results... if nothing there take your money and ask you to come and visit again in a short period of time.

I have been experiencing the same pain. I went to the ER yesterday and they did blood tests as well as an CAT Scan. And they said it came back fine, they game me pain meds and sent me home. They want me to see a Gastrointologist. But he can't see me for a few more weeks :( But I am in pain now!! IDK what is wrong with me. And to top it off I wake up feeling extremely nauseous and then I vomit for a while. I shouldn't wake up feeling that way. But yet no one seems to know why. if anyone can shed some light on this that would be great!!

A few days ago I began to experience pain in my lower pelvic area which radiated into my lower back. Since then I've been doubled over in agony whenever I have a bowel movement. Planning on seeing my doctor tomorrow, but wondering if anyone else has ever had these same symptoms?

Thanx!

I had those symptoms for some time. I usually hv the pain right after my menstruation and i assume dat i might hv UTI.. To a point i cant take it i went to hosp. They took my urine sample and did pelvic and abdomen CT Scan..My urine contained blood but in d scan my kidneys were fine. No trace of stones. My uterus there's no sign of endometriosis. But i had a 1 cm cyst next to my uterus which is nt serious according to the doctor but they discovered a rectal mass of 2.2*2.7 cm. Through colonoscope nothing was visible. Its normal. I had undergone biopsy to check if it's malignant and Thank God its not. Its a fatty mass and i'm suppose to go for surgery to remove it..
