For the past week or so I have noticed my stomach feeling strange in the lower left part of my stomach. It feels as if the food just goes down there and gets stuck. I am living here in Japan and I am not sure if the food is much more different but I only go to the toilet once every 2 or 3 days so I seem constipated. When I was home in the U.S., I would go to the toilet every day. Another thing lately is that I have been urinating frequently if that has anything to do with it. I had a physical examination this week and nothing was detected in blood or urine samples. I have no idea what's up, can somebody please give me advice?

Hello, I have to tell you that I also have a kind of a constipation problems when I travel to some countries whose cuisine a lot differs from the one in a country where I live in, I seem to can not get used to the food that is not prepared in a way I am used to. My stomach simply can’t tolerate some new recipes, and also I think my subconscious has something to do with all this. When I travel abroad, I sometimes go to the toilette only once in like 10 days or something. What about you? Are you in Japan on vacation or have you moved there to live? The pain you feel in the stomach is perhaps the result of the constipation and the frequent urination might be the consequence of the change of the climate, but if the test results are okay, you just don’t worry. However, you enjoy it living in Japan!!
