recently i found a big lump right above my left testical but touching the testicale like if it sucked in. when i look at it, makes my right testicale hang freely. it doesnt hurt or feel sore. when i touch it, feels like as if i have a third testical. i dont know if its a type of cancer or a infection. can u help know wat it is
