I'm a 24 years old man and have had this lump in the top left of my scrotum ball (lump attached to a cord) for more than 10 years with no pain on it, but sometimes not often it itches.
Does it seems like cancer or what, please help me and i have a 2 years old boy child. What is it, does it need to be removed or is it safe to live with it?

I am a 23 year old male, and I have a similar problem. There is some kind of mass attached to a cord like thing on my right testes. I get confused with what is top or what is bottom, but I think it is on the bottom, the opposite of the epididymis. Not sure how long it's been there, I think a somewhat substantial amount of time. Just from browsing online it seems like the cancer lumps are on the testes, this feels more like a free floating mass, but attached to the bottom of the testes. Any thoughts, should I be concerned?
