Hi im 20 years old and i have found a bit of a lump on my right testicle, it feels like its soft and i cant decide if its attached to the testicle or moves around, because it feels as though it moves when pushed. its not a great deal of size. its not painful but has left my testicles sort of tender. Ive read alot on Epididymis cysts. which it sounds more like than anything but. im not sure.

any help would be great?
