I was putting up some pictures yesterday when I banged my left hand with a hammer, instead of the nail. It really hurts and it is rather swollen as well. At first I thought nothing much of it but it is throbbing like mad and I don't know what to do! Any input would be very welcome at this stage!

I think it might be necessary that you have an x-ray taken to see if there is any damage to the bone. It would be nice to keep the mobility of your hand, if you know what I mean, hahahaha! Don't delay this any further, because there is no need to suffer when you don't need to! Good luck and let us know what happened in the end!
