Does anyone know if a lump on the surface of the breast can turn out to be breast cancer? I just found it this morning and while I do know that lumps tend to come and go throughout the menstrual cycle, this made me feel weird for some reason. Have you any comments for me please?

I had the same thing just a while ago, and I had tests done and everything. I have to say that it turned out to be all fine - it was a fatty lump that is harmless but is going to remain inside my breast. I am all for getting yourself checked out when you have lumps in your breasts though, because if it does turn out to be cancer, the sooner you get it treated the better.
