I have this lump on the side of my penis. It's fairly large about 1 cm across and another one near where the scrotum and shaft meet which is 3 mm long. The smaller 3 mm one is fairly painful and gives a white discharge, I have had this for about 2 weeks now, and it hasn't gotten bigger. The larger one has been around for a while now it sometimes gives of the white discharge but not often it is also not that painful unless if pressed hard. I have not had sexual intercourse however i masturbate regualrly 2 or even 4 times a day.
