Hi, thrush is very common sexually transmitted infection, and many people have problems trying to get rid of it. I am coping with that problem often, because it reoccurs. I usually use Canesten cream for sometime, it’s very important that both partners get cured, because otherwise infection can spread again. it is easily developed because whenever the balance between bacterial and fungal flora in vagina is disordered, fungus gets chance to develop. This can be side effect after treatment with antibiotics. advice would be to take a low carbohydrates, because sugar promotes yeast growth. Carbohydrates rich food includes all sort of bakery, pastas, sweets.
