I've been there, done that. DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT use ANY form of soap on your penis as a lubricant. I can say for sure that it will make urinating very painful after. I cant understand the colouring part as to why that is happening, but chances are that the chemicals in the soap where on there for too long and that has caused an irritation.
