Well I'm 15, and here's what I've found helps. First print off some pictures of girls in bikini's or suggestive pictures (NO NUDITY, THAT IS ILLEGAL) and then make sure you have time. Then go into your bathroom or bedroom where you won't be interrupted very often (hopefully not at all). Go ahead and get comfortable, look at the pictures and let your imagination run wild. Imagine anything that arouses you, or gives you sexual pleasure. To enhance the experience, lather your hands with hand cream, and rub your penis with that. Because you're not circumcised you will be able to take your loose skin and use it as friction instead of hand cream, but you could try it. DO NOT USE SOAP OR SHAMPOO this will give you a rash, or sore spot. Neither is made to rub into your skin, that is why. Use hand cream, it is made to rub into skin and works very well (trust me I've tried all of the above). During the point that you ejaculate, you will rub particularly fast, don't stop! Keep on going until after you've finished ejaculating, and which point you'll probably slow down. Also, I do not suggest using a sock, it is rough and will also make your penis sore. I use a blanket of mine that happens to be particularly soft, but even that gives me sores after awhile. The best option is hand cream, its easy to get, its easy to clean up, and it gives a great feeling. Trust me on all this, it will work. Good luck!
