the fact that your only 12 and just started could be the reason why...... how did you do it??? have you tried lubrication? it you are uncircumsised then it may feel better without lube.... really there are many many different ways to masturbate and it is what ever feels best to you. trying different ways allows you to better understand your body and what you feels good to you. also have you started puberty yet? dont be afraid if you cannot ejaculate... your still pretty young so you probably wont be able to. however it is still possible to get an orgasm without ejaculating. so like i said you probably need more experience and just "playing with yourself".

Well yes i was sexually excited before i started and no, i didnt use any lube because im uncircumcised. I was standing up and just sis the baics. The 1 friend that i would feel safe asking is really insecure about it and i probably shouldnt ask him.

Try the lube thing then...just to have different sensations. It's ok to use it regardless of being circumcised or not!
