i had an abortion , and my menses came after 6 wks like commonly predicted. Then had un protected sex but i took a pill, three days after my menses ceased , i received a very disturbing news and all of a sudden i started bleeding. Its been two days and the flow is heavy, is this normal i am confused HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You don't mention what type of pill you took, nor when, nor - these days - do I even know what people mean by 'unprotected' sex, since the current STD mania (they've been around for hundreds of thousands of years, guys) - seems to claim that sex WITH the pill WITHOUT a condom is 'unprotected'.
Maybe unprotected from STD, but not unprotected from pregnancy.
On the other hand other people still use it as WITHOUT the pill WITHOUT a condom. Bit of a difference.
Even if I had all that information, and could give you a more considered reply, the repeated menses within three days or so, would be unusual: and since you've 'already' discarded the uterine wall, and it can hardly have had time to build up again, I think a precautionary check and visit to the doctor is in order:
