If I have had 3 sexual partners in my life and have had unprotected sex with all of them, can I get an std? All three were std-free and so am I. I am mainly concerned bc I had a sore on my penis before having u protected sex the last time. I am afraid the sore can become infected or something from being inside the vagina without a condom. Again, my partner was std-free and so am I. Please help
