I went to the doctors last friday because i was spotting nothing but pink, well she said i have a bacterial infection from the soap i use and she prescribed memetronidazole, and i had unprotected sex that same day. She said my period would come because she seen blood but i only spotted then nothing else. My stomach is tight, my breasts are heavy and get sudden pains. My fiance thinks im pregnant but i want to make sure its not the medicine. Please can someone help me.

Let me get this straight -
- you were spotting on the day you had unprotected sex? Spotting as in Implantation bleeding cannot be on the day of unprotected sex! It usually happens about 7 to 10 days before scheduled period dates
- Did you have unprotected sex before this date?
- Was this spotting on the days of normal scheduled periods??
