My grandfather died of non hodgkins because it was too late diagnosed, because he was diagnosed with a flu !!!!!! Should we sue the doctors or what?

Misdiagnosis can happen because many different diseases have similar or even the same symptoms. That is why different tests need to be done in order not to miss anything. Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma can be misdiagnosed with Flu or Hodgkin's Disease. You need to understand that doctors are not almighty, but should be able to diagnose most of the conditions because of the new and improved technology. The decision whether you should sue someone or not is all yours.
