The best solution currently available for these boys missing both testicles is to have their father freeze and bank some of his own healthy young and current sperm for these boys to have available to use in the future when they become adults and want to have kids. This is the closest thing to their own sperm available to them. A fertile brother could also supply his sperm for making his sterile brother's future kids. The artifical implants can be put in at a very young age and replaced periodically as the boy gets older and larger to match his body size and age at different stages of boyhood and then one adult sized set implanted at puberty to last the rest of his life. Then with HRT no one would even know about his testicles, except if he tells them. And it would allow him to look and act just like all of the other guys at each age. As these boys grow up, transplant technology will probably advance and allow better testicle transplant options for their adulthood. About that time the generous fathers on here who are seriously offering their own testicles as donor testis for their sons will be done with using their own testicles and could easily donate one or two to their boys using the newest technology for transplanting them safely in the future.

No science has yet explained why some boys and men lose their testis and no spouse or parent should ever blame themsleves for this unknown loss. If the father is such a he man then he can easily supply his frozen or fresh donor sperm and his own testis when his son reaches adulthood and wants to start a family of his own.

I don't think it's stupid, nor selfish to lament the fact that one's children cannot have children of their own just because they can adopt. Is it stupid or selfish to lament one's child dying when they can just have another? One certainly doesn't hope for a problem just because there is a solution, or an alternative. I think you were trying to convey a positive message here, but it came across fairly negatively.
