Hi. I'm 27 year old female and just recently I have admitted to my self that I have developed really serious problem with controlling my body weight in normal limits.
I'm planning pregnancy with my husband and we have discussed about how dangerous could be to have a baby with this obesity problem. That’s why I would like to hear more about some diet programs I'm interested about.
A friend has told me that some supra svelte diet pills are probably the best option for my but I'm still not sure I should start using them. Can someone help me to come to the right decision?

Hello. I was reading your post and thinking about it. Listen what I think about it.
First I want to tell you that these Supra svelte diet pills really work because my friend has used it and he was pretty satisfied with the results. Second- although these pills work I wouldn’t recommended them to you.
You are planning to become pregnant and I don’t think that it would be smart to mess with these chemicals, so called fat burners, before it.
I would rather recommend you to stick with some natural way to remove that fat deposits. Try to eat less and spend more calories during the process and that’s the whole truth about it.

Please do not use these pills especially without research. I read a post about how the company and its multiple products (all weight loss related) are a SCAM. I'd would just google the product and keep reading. Personally, I get very nervous when they make promises that are unnatrual to the body. I was tempted togo fo rit because I am struggling wiht the same 15 lbs. It's not like an overweight, just want to be more fit and lean! So I recommend the traditional way: healhty eatin ghabits (5-6 small mels a day with a mix of lean protein, veggies and healthy fats, some healthy complex carbs) plus a regular exercise routine (3X/ week of cardio and 2X/week weight training). It's tough when you are unmotivated but it's the best way to get it off slowly but permaenetly and no side effects! You have to star t thinking aobut the baby as if it were already inside you. Chemical s kill the body. Good luck and congratulations! :-)

Before trying this or any other over the counter meds consult your doctor and most importantly as I have done some research on this check out the Better Business Bureau on this particular product. Just to give you another perspective on this drug and any others you may want to consider.

if your planning on becoming pregnant and want to lose weight with supra svelte it would be fine, just don't use it while your pregnant or nursing. its all natural except a little aspartame, it does work for over 3/4 of people. just call and ask questions.

Just a quick note : I am 42 and tried the svelte GCB45 for 4 months they seemed to work fine
but now i have stopped them for around 4 weeks i have ended up with high blood pressure and
have been in the doctors twice with really bad light headedness and doc seems to think its the
withdrawal from the caffeine in the tablets so please be careful with whatever you choose to take.
I have 5 daughters and should of done more research on the side effects of these tablets after you
stop taking them .
