Ultrasound report diagnosis Multiple Peripancreatic / mesenteric lymph / abdominal nodes, where as Blood report indicate ESR upto 41 mm/1st hr, Hemoglobin 10.9 g/dl and WBC 12.9 x 10 E9/L.

I lost my weght from 65 kg to 58 during last 5 month. 

can any one help my to control my loss of weight and treatment for the nodes?
