I am 25 years old and power lifting is my life. I am use to practice. I have a great problem. I have an injury. At first, it was just uncomfortable but then it started to hurt. I believe that I have been lifting beyond my capabilities. Can anyone explain to me how to rehab my muscles?

You have experienced microtrauma. It includes the microtearing of the muscles, and after a while, if you didn't recognize the injury, it spreads. You must identify all the possible fibrous adhesions in the muscle. You have to perform a soft tissue therapy. It can break up all those fibrous adhesions in the muscles, ligaments and fascia. It will allow you proper movement and functions.
