Take your son to the doctor - NOW.
A fever and discharge indicates an infection. He very likely needs antibiotics. It is probably a urinary tract infection but we can't be sure.

Thank you medic-dan, just came and yes they gave him some antibiotics for now. Two days observation and take him back.
