medic-dan is absolutely right. That sounds like classic symptoms of a UTI, and you should definitely seek medical attention as soon as possible. Don't be frightened--there's nothing to fear. It's not life-threatening, but it can get worse if you don't see a doctor. You'll be put on a treatment of antibiotics which will make urination much easier even after a day or two!
