:-( I dont no what to do. my anus in the past couple of days has swollen. My rectum has swollen & my skin around my rectum has swollen & bleeds. It hurts to go n do #2. I dont no what to do or should I go to the dr.s I have been laid off work for month & cant find a job to py for it. I cant even borrow money from my parents to help. What should I do. Do you no what it is. Is it hemroids. But the skin is on my rectum

This sounds very much like haemorroids, try using an over the counter cream for a few days to see if this helps at all, try not to become constipated (drink plenty, eat plenty of fruit and fibre and avoid straining).
If these techniques help then great, if not then it may be worth seeing your dr just to rule out any other possible problems.
