I just noticed i have a kind of lik bump/ball the size of lik a skittle right lik attached partly to the skin near my anus. It is very sore, help needed, what could it be?

You should’ve given us more information about your problem. I think that this is a hemorrhoid but I can’t be certain without more information. I can give you few hints for more symptoms of hemorrhoids so you can see if this is the bump that is causing you trouble. Do you have any anal itching? Itching is also one of the symptoms of hemorrhoids along with pain. Pain is presented mostly when you are sitting. In many cases you will notice blood that is bright red. Do you have any problems during bowel movements? Have you used any pain killers or any other medication? You could try to treat this with sitz baths.
