Hi, my daughter keeps failing driving test- why is this happening? She is a good student, is she having fear or some kind of phobia to driving?

Hi, is your daughter interested in driving or did you make her go to the driving school. If it wasn’t her wish to go, then she has resistance to learn it. I suppose that you should talk to her to determine what is the problem and how can it be solved. She needs your support in any case. Did she learn for tests? Is she failing on test or driving? Perhaps she needs more practice and more confidence to achieve desired level and performance of driving skills. She can attend additional driving classes to improve driving in different situations and get more experience in driving in the city.

Hello there,

I completely agree with the poster above me. If your daughter didn’t want to learn how to drive than she is just refusing to pass the test. But if she wanted to learn, than maybe she is afraid of the driving. Anyhow, you need to talk with her to find out what is really going on. And maybe you should talk with her instructor as well; maybe he can give you more details about her driving.

I didn’t want to pass driving test when I was 18, but at my 24 I was so eager and determine and I pass from first. I hope that you will find out what is going on with your daughter and that she will finally pass the test.
