so my doctor recomennded a frenoplasty and i researched it but i don't know the advantages or disadvantages it just looks like a circumcision
i currently have this steroid cream which doesnt seem to be making any difference however ive only been using it for 2 days

It is NOT a circumcision. In a circumcision they surgically remove the foreskin.
In a frenuloplasty they modify the frenulum so that the foreskin can roll back further - that's it. It's usually just a couple of little incisions. The foreskin remains completely intact.
2 days isn't enough time for anything to happen. Be patient.

there are numerous problems which make me refrain from a circumcision but whats the problems with frenulopasty ? i have googled it and theres no problems apparently o.O surely there must be .

There are FEW if any problems with a frenuloplasty. It's a very common procedure. They may make a few small incisions but they DO NOT REMOVE the foreskin. Usually they alter the way the frenulum attaches so that it is "longer." There may be some slight scarring.
Ask your doctor for specifics. They know what they are planning to do. Everyone is different so we can't give specific information.
