She needs to take a HPT to find out. It would depend where she was in her menstrual cycle as to her chances of becoming pregnant. If the unprotected sex was around the middle of her cycle then there is a high risk, if it was toward the end of her cycle (close to when she is due to get her period), then there is a lot less risk.
