It is a little long and stretchy is this because I am a chubby? If I lose weight will it become less stretchy if not what can I do to make it less stretchy? Thx

Just to clarify things, are you talking about your outer lips (labia majora) or your inner lips (labia minora)?
I've never heard any complaints about outer lips being too long or stretchy.
If you DO mean the outer lips, they might be larger because of being chubby but I don't think chubby would have any effect on the inner lips. In either case I don't think there's anything you can do to change stretchy.
