My leg started hurting yesterday, when I was just walking into the kitchen. I haven't been doing any heavy lifting or running or anything, because I'm home-schooled and I mostly lay around the house all day. The sharp pains start in my thigh, on the side, and it runs all the way down to my ankle. It mostly hurts when I put weight on it or walk...I thought if I just rested for some time, it would feel better, but I have no luck. I don't think it's a hernia, or something worse, I just would like to know what to do and how to stop it. Please help! :'(
