my period is late my last cycle was from may 4 to may 11 ; I have an irregular period . Two weeks later I had some spotting for four days. Then me and my boyfriend fooled around a week later. I have been doing more physical activity and started to diet I'm not sure if that has something to do with why I'm late . Any information would be helpful
