My period is regular, but now it is late for one week, I have headaches, I urinate a lot

Hi everyone, So, my period is normally like clockwork, I use a period tracker and its always spot on. This time, my period is a week late, I am having cramps though, like it's coming. I've been having to pee a lot, my back aches and I have been so emotional! I read a book and a character cried.. And I cried, this isn't normal! I did a pregnancy test and it came back negative.. What else could it be?
