My period was 4 days early and unsually heavy and i had severe cramping, it lasted for 7 days but now i am still having slight cramping ,and is very worrried .

Are you worried about pregnancy? I don't think you are pregnant since you did get your period.
These things just happen sometimes with no reason. Sometimes we may miss a period, get an early or a late one. It doesn't have to mean that something's wrong.
Doctors say to wait three periods in a roll and see if the same thing persists. If strange things continue to happen after three weird periods, then we should go and see them.
