For about 3 days, my scrotum has been itching. I used anti itch cream and it helped but it got worse the next day. My scrotum turned red and is swollen im using fungal creams and vaseline for this problem so far. Its still red itchy and swollen. I researched these symptoms and all ive seen is fungal infections and jock itch. Please help. Whats wrong ? Thanks.
