I have problem that is not so common. I am working all day. I get up at 7 in the morning and come home around 7 pm. Then I eat, rest a while and I am going to the gym at the 9 pm. I know that it is rather late and I am wondering which kind of food I should take for these night trainings. Should I eat after the training? I come home around half past 10.

Are you sure you can maintain such high level of activity? You training are in very inconvenient time. At one side you can't eat around 7 go to the training and lie down hungry, on the other side you should not eat after training because it is too late. The answer could be to take lighter food at the evening after the training like fruit snack or glass of worm milk. That is what I do when I exercise late.
