I too have been taking phentramine for weight loss and a couple weeks ago during foreplay I started to feel nauseous and I wasn't sure why? I didn't end up having sex because of how nauseous I felt and just excused the feeling but it happened again last night! I was kissing and rubbing on my boyfriend and I started to feel nauseous and warm and kind of got the sweats. The phentramine has also made my apitite little and I barley eat one meal a day as well. Maybe it has to do with the medicine?

Again, I know this post is very old, but I have been experiencing similar issues while taking medications. I am 21 year old female and I have been on anti-depressants for over a few years now but only in the past year have I been almost entirely inhibited to have sex due to the overwhelming nausea and abdominal pain. I have had sexual trauma years ago but nothing recent and have had successful sexual interactions since said trauma. I'm 27 this has been happening to me for a couple years now. I at u rd go through waves of severe anxiety that can last month's. When it gets very severe I can't eat, and my stomach produces farrr too much acid. I get prescribed pantaprozole (I think that's how you spell it) for my stomach to reduce the acid that sometimes helps. But like everyone else here, when I get turned on, I get a crippling stomach pain usually end up screaming in the fetal position for few minutes before getting drenched in sweat and vomiting. This has happened to me so many times, I feel humiliated even though I have a partner who's very understanding. I havnt been to the Dr about this specific issue yet probably this week though...

Hi yeah ive been experiencing this for about a year now and I think it has something to do with weight loss or a change in diet of some sort? A lot of the replies (myself included) seem to have a thing to do with eating only one meal a day and this only started happening after I stopped eating properly, so I feel like it HAS to be related in some way.
I’m not sure if it’ll do anything but try to get yourself on a healthy eating schedule and see if that’s makes a difference. (I know that can be hard, but it’s definitely better for our bodies, haha.)

Hey. I know this is old, but the same thing happens to me. It only goes away when I have sex too. Some people have told me that it’s a guys version of being “blue balled”... which is really weird.

Hey this was VERY helpful! I am school and I get this way when my hormones are heightened and I masturbate. But I thought it was hormone related and until I realized I was stressed bc I was procrastinating my studies.
