My daughter has been exercising regularly for about 57 days. She is experiencing nausea, swollen stomach, and she says weight gain. How can exercising cause negative symptoms instead of positive ones?

Are you sure she isnt pregnant? I would say that exercise should never cause a swollen stomach. weight gain could be muscle tissue, shell lose fat and gain muscle. The nausea could be from a number of things, she may be exercising on an empty stomach, if she eats sugary foods right before exercising she could become nauseated from sudden changes in blood sugar.

Hallo,
How old is your daughter? You are saying that she has been exercising for 57 days without a day of break? This is little too hard if you ask me. She needs to let her body rest a little, for the muscles to regenerate and relax. I think that nausea and swollen stomach might be a side effect of this amount of exercises. What kind of exercises is she doing? Has she changed her diet in any way? Is she on any medication? If you could provide us with these information it would be much easier to tell what is wrong with her. But I think she needs a break, to rest a little bit.
I hope this was helpful.
