i have been through this problems for a year now and cant find any solution to it. when i drive i feel like that everything is spinning and that as i am about to faint. i am doing alevels and i cant study. i cant talk to anyone. as someone talks and i reply it feels like that i am saying it wrong. when i talk on mobile i feel like i cant talk. i had my blood tests as well as my MRI of the brain and cant find anything. ya and one more thing, i dont feel like eating anything. my stool paas is also a problem. there is blood in it from the last 2 days. i have constipation all the time. i am 18 male and overweight. plz plz help me

It sounds like you may have an inner ear problem. I would bring it up to your doctor, it can be serious. Hope you have found the answer by now, feel better.

You might have an disorder of the autonomic system - do a search on that or orthostatic intolerance. This would not show up on an MRI, blood or other run of the mill tests.
