I've had a problem for about a year now. At first, it was just nausea when I woke up. It seemed to be almost every day. After a few hours, it would subside, but I knew that it would come back the next day. I would often, but not always, get diarrhea with the nausea. The pain would seem to go away after I had a bowel movement. At this point, I went to the doctor to see what he thought it might be. I had blood tests done and everything came back fine. The doctor said it was most likely stress or anxiety causing the nausea and sometimes diarrhea. I am still having nausea upon waking every day, and still sometimes have diarrhea to go along with it. However, for the past couple months, whenever I have diarrhea, it is accompanied by mucus. I've researched this for a long time and I keep coming back to IBS. Is this what it could be? Any ideas on what I could do to stop this constant nausea?

Possibly Celiac disease. Try cutting all gluten out of the diet and see if you get any improvement. May take a few weeks to months. Good luck.
