Ok I already know that I have Tinnitus... its been going on 24/7 for four years now.. yesterday I notice I got it really bad, but different kind of ringing... and it intestfy when I cough.. have been having mucus too.. i did have a headache yesterday... its gone now.. but the ringing is here but only gets worse when I move around.. whats causing this and what do I need to do ???
