It could be harmless, but also could be something more serious. If this condition continues, i' d suggest you see a doctor and get it checked out, it sounds like a pelvic inflammatory disease to me to some degree. (personal experience, i've got one before and later got my PID treated by herbal formula called *************SPAM****************)
Common PID symptoms include:
Lower abdominal pain/cramps
Heavy discharge
Irregular or heavy menstruation
Frequent urination
Headache, nausea and so on.
A woman can get PID if bacteria (germs) move up from her vagina and infect her pelvic organs. Many different types of bacteria can cause PID. Really hope you'll be fine.
