so i have decided to start a new topic as most posts seem a little out of date-
I am starting duromine tommorrow-30mg,i am about 108kgs 31 yrs old mother of 3..i am alot fitter then i look but food is my drug i struggle to control my eaing and feel as i am getting older that the weight is effecting my health more and more,i have read many peoples stories(some are scary) some are funny and some helpfull,from what i can gather take it early in the a.m,remember to eat 3 balanced low fat meals and drink plenty of water...i am hoping with this and a 1 hr walk daily will give me the results i so desperatley want...i am nervous and excited at the sametime. I will keep you posted and would like to hear from anyone else about to embark on this journey

Hi, goodluck on your journey, don't think too much while on duromine.. also think about taking multivitamin aswell as a krill oil or fish oil supplement so your brain isnt too over worked from the duromine also with the omega3 oil it will help to repair your brain cells aliitle faster from everything going into hyper mode also to prevent a light form of Psychosis that may happen while your trying to adjust your sleeping patterns if it does happen.. dont freak out just know its your brain telling you that its tired and needs rest.. most of the weight you will drop quick will be water weight at the start then slowly will be the stuff you want to get rid of..
Remember to drop by a pharmacy while your on duromine to check blood pressure if they do free checks once a month or fortnight.. i personally double dose 40mg tabs once a morning with a mens multivitamin and 1000mg omega3 supplement each morning and do cardio in the evening.. you'll learn quickly about the foods your body wants and needs along your journey! keep us updated

Hi I was just wondering how you went with the duromine? did the 30mg tablets work for you or did you have to alter your strength and diet and exercise? What was your total weight lost and wuld you recommend someone starting the tablets??
