I haven't had a period for a year and 4 months: I am at a bmi of 19.5 after recovering from a restrictive diet and I now eat what my body tells me to but I'm still not getting my period!!! It's starting to make me impatient. I eat 2500-3000 calories a day (I don't count but I roughly know it's around there) and I don't eat any meat (ethical reason)I eat lots of healthy fats like peanut butter,avocados, nuts and carbs like sweet potatoes,whole meal bread etc and I feel like I am doing everything right to get it back but it's been well over 3 months and still nothing. I also had blood tests and they came back saying my hormones are all balanced but that was over 3 months ago!!!am I going to be periodless forever... GRR can someone help :(
