my brother has this mediam size bumps on his penis head. hes had them 4 awhile now an they dont go away or cause trouble......do u have an suggestions to wats wrong???

You say it doesn't itch, and doesn't weep, and doesn't cause any problems for him.
It may be that his skin normally looks that way.
if he's really concerned about this, he can go show his doctor on the next visit he has for any reason. Just tell your folks that he needs some alone time with the doc for some "guy talk" and they should take the hint.
