Im 21 Ive been sexualy active lately and ever since have noticed a small growth of skin inside the hole of the penis, it is not sore but really got me worried as i dont know what it is, i also have a few small bumps on the head of the penis, they are not sore either but lately in the whole genital area i have had a slight discomfort which I can do without, its got me worried a little as I am unsure what it is? If i had contracted a STD would i know about it straight away?

Hi: Have you always worn a condom? If not I would suspect that this is genital warts!!!! It can spread very quickly and you should get checked out at your local STD clinic ASAP. Also IF you have had unprotected sex with different women, you HAVE too tell them that they need to get checked. Because IF it was you who gave them the STD, you could actually be sued for - Bodily Harm - depending of course where you live.
So you 1st need to get a checkup, pretty sure it is that though, because Herpes is more of a blister and can hurt!
