I had a shot and I'm pretty sure it was benedryl, in my arm, and it's been over a few months since i had that shot. Since then my arm has been very sore and bruised like, and also numbness around the shot area and towards the elbow.

I went to the doctor a couple times regarding it, all they gave me was patches to relieve the pain, but the pain never goes away.

This is very frustrating, because I can't even play volleyball no more.

Help me please. What do u think it is?
