Hello Friends. I purchased a treadmill last week and have been running on it 6 out of the past 7 days for 45 mins to an hour. The tradmill I bought has a weight loss training program on it - it recommends maintaining a heart rate of no more than 130 bpm which I have been doing. I am really proud of myself because I have been able to increase my speed every day! That being said I am the go big or go home kind of person - If I just run my heart out = will I loose more weight or am I best to stick on the program I am on?

I bought brand new Nike Shocks so I know my shoes are good, but both of my baby toes have huge blisters on them now and they are raw and it aches to run - I have been running with duck feet to ease the pain. I am very motivated to loose the weight and start training so I don't want to take a night off or anything otherwise I'll just start coming up with exceses. Has this happened to anyone? What did you do?
