My husband is overweight about 30 pounds. He’s in good condition, but I’m worried because of all middle age diseases which occur more often in overweight men. He smokes and like to eat fatty food. He exercises 3 times a week, but I’m not sure if that’s good or bad in his age. What do you think? He’s 57 years old.

Well, you may be right. He should check his blood cholesterol and sugar level. High blood pressure is also common in similar conditions. Maybe it’s time for changing life habits. Exercising is recommended if makes him feel better, but as I mentioned, blood pressure should be checked.
