Hi, in the last five weeks, I’ve been occasionally having pain in back of my head. I have no idea what could be causing it. Did anyone have similar symptoms?

Hello, I think this condition can be caused by several different things. I had pain in back of my head few years ago, and it took a while until the doctor managed to diagnose me properly. The pain was localized to one spot, and it was sharp and short lasting. First, a doctor thought that it is a vascular problem, but after some tests it turned out it wasn’t. I had a damaged nerve that caused a pain in the back of my head. My condition was called occipital neuralgia. I also had point tenderness over the nerve itself. It was a very uncomfortable feeling. However, maybe you have completely different problem, and you must be examined and diagnosed properly.
