I am in my teens and a week ago, my brother punched my breast. At first it did not hurt, but upon examining it, there was an oval shaped lump under my skin. My mom said to press frozen vegetables to it, but that did not work. It is a week later and it still hurts. Should I be worried?

I would probably get it checked out just to be safe. but I wouldn't freak out. If the lump isn't there anymore and it just feels tender it probably is just your hormones making it feel soar.
